The Medfunds Stafford Loan Program is just like every other Stafford Loan. With one big exception: Medfunds provides students with more of the money they borrow.
Medfunds pays up to $385 in fee expenses annually on behalf of eligible students, giving students more of their money back. Money that's better used on school expenses than fees.
Medfunds, together with our guarantors, covers 2% of all fees at disbursement. So instead of 4% of your loan amount being withheld for fees, your Medfunds Stafford Loan only charges half of that - we put an extra 2% directly into your loan disbursement.
